PILE OF SKULLS - Warhammer Tournament

Welcome to this years POS! This year things are being done a little differently, with a league system being played over the summer, with the top 10 fighting it out at the final on the 25th October. General Tournament notes can be seen below:

• We had a last minute entrant which put us up to 21. We will therefore have three groups of seven. The top three will qualify for the final with the remaining place going to the next highest score from across the groups.
• The final is confirmed for Saturday 25th October
• Games can be played outside of the club but these must be arranged with our knowledge. If we are not told then the result will not count.
• Thomas will help run this year’s event. Each Council member will co-ordinate a group. Nigel will co-ordinate Group A, Thomas will co-ordinate Group B and Richard will co-ordinate Group C. This means that you must inform your co-ordinator which list you are playing before the games night, which will be checked to avoid last minute switches, and if you plan to play a game outside of the club. Any queries should be directed to your co-ordinator via PM.
• All lists must be in either on games night next Thursday or before. These can be handed in in hard copy or e-mailed to us which ever is easier.
• Games can then be arranged from Thursday 14 August at the club. We will be reserving 4 tables a night in both slots for PoS games. Please try and avoid booking both slots for PoS games to allow everyone the chance to get their games in. There will be exceptions to this rule, i.e those with furthest to travel, but these should be cleared with your co-ordinator. If the tables remain free in the second slot by Tuesday morning then you are free to book yourself a second game.
